We are very excited to offer all SLSC and charity partners in Cornwall the opportunity to sell our paddle raffle tickets from February and have the money you raise donated back to your club or charity after the event.
The Joe Way Paddle for life is now in its 11th year and we will be passing the £152k target which has be handed out to over 20 charities including many Cornish SLSC and of course our partners Cornwall Surf Life Saving.
Whether your club or charity sells £50 worth of tickets or £1,000 you will be gifted the money back, so help us reach our target and earn your club or charity some valuable publicity and money to keep doing the amazing work you are already doing.
We are having 5,000 £1 tickets being printed and Phil Bunt

of our charity partners, Towan Blystra Lions, can post the amount of tickets you want, all we ask is that you take what you know you can sell and keep asking for more if you need them. We don't want to be in the position that lots of unsold tickets are being given back just before the event.
Matt Way said, “We are the only FREE music gig which is held in the harbour and the Paddle is all about the community coming together, celebrating Joe’s story, raising money for over 20 great causes and showcasing the Newquay spirit. As a family, we are very proud of how the town has made this event so special”.
The paddling starts at 4pm with the skydive and the last registration for a heat is 6pm so there is plenty of time to arrive when people have finished work, the Joe Way memorial RNLI lifeguard race is just after 7pm. Boards are provided with lots of help from Newquay and Lusty Glaze Surf Life Savers so all you need is your wetsuit! Swimmers, SUP’s and canoes are also welcome.
